Premium Interior Fit-Out of a 52 m² Apartment in Gdańsk
This project demonstrates how a standard new-build apartment can be transformed into a thoughtfully designed, high-end living space without compromises in quality.
The work began with a complete overhaul of all engineering systems. Electrical and plumbing installations were redesigned from scratch to meet modern living standards and allow for concealed solutions. Special attention was given to lighting — multi-level LED illumination highlights the architecture of the interior and creates distinct moods throughout the apartment.
The finishes combine premium contemporary materials: decorative plaster with a concrete effect, warm wood-inspired surfaces, and painted metal details. Minimalist aluminum skirting boards complete the techno-style concept and enhance the clean, precise geometry of the space.
The result is a functional, elegant, and visually sophisticated interior, fully prepared for comfortable everyday living.
